This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee the daily account management for a designated portfolio of clients, which may encompass client interactions, policy modifications, renewals, payments, and claims processing.
• Identify, assess, and cultivate personal insurance prospects with both new and existing clients through in-person meetings, online communication, phone calls, and written correspondence.
• Manage and maintain our agency management software program efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry changes and trends to effectively anticipate and address client needs.
• Proactively close sales based on the requirements of the client.
• Conduct business in a way that reflects an understanding of both the operational and revenue implications for the Company.
• Current Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in servicing personal accounts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of personal lines coverage and associated markets.
• Familiarity with a client management system, preferably AMS360.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
