Partner Channel Sales Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement a holistic channel and partner strategy that is in line with overarching revenue and growth goals.

• Develop and oversee current partner programs, which include incentives, tiering systems, and performance metrics.

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and empower strategic partners such as resellers, integrators, and alliance partners.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to incorporate partner-driven opportunities into pipeline creation and forecasting.

• Work closely with marketing teams to co-create joint campaigns, demand generation activities, and co-branded initiatives.

• Spearhead partner enablement activities, which encompass training, certifications, and the creation of sales playbooks.

• Negotiate partnership contracts and manage ongoing relationships to foster sustained growth.

• Participate in industry and partner events while examining market trends and ecosystem opportunities to continually refine and expand the partner network.

• Set and monitor KPIs such as pipeline contribution, partner revenue, engagement, and ROI to enhance performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, including leadership roles.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems that yield measurable revenue growth.

• In-depth understanding of channel sales models such as VARs, MSPs, alliances, and OEM partnerships.

• Proven experience working collaboratively across sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams.

• Established ability to design and implement partner programs, incentives, and joint go-to-market strategies.

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management capabilities.

• Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools such as Salesforce and PRM platforms, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Previous partnership experience with significant ecosystems is essential, including AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), Microsoft, Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, and Anthropic/OpenAI.
