This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, launch, and oversee a high-impact referral initiative aimed at top consultancies and advisors within the communications and employee engagement sectors.
• Identify, recruit, and actively cultivate new business relationships with leading consulting firms and agencies, fostering referral partnerships that yield measurable pipeline growth and mutual business benefit.
• Establish and manage a repeatable process for opportunity registration, pipeline assessment, and performance tracking to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with Marketing to produce engaging partner enablement materials, case studies, and an integrated events and content calendar that enhances Firstup’s visibility in the partner ecosystem.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with premier strategic technology partners (e.g., Workday, Dayforce, Box, UKG), crafting joint value propositions and demand-generation initiatives.
• Work alongside Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure cohesion on partner-sourced opportunities, co-selling efforts, and customer success strategies.
• Set KPIs and establish a reporting schedule to evaluate partner engagement, sourced pipeline, and revenue contributions.
• Represent Firstup at industry and partner events, promoting our mission to improve work for every individual and our leadership in workforce communication technology.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in strategic partner alliance programs or channel sales within enterprise SaaS or B2B technology sectors.
• Proven success in designing, implementing, and scaling referral or channel programs that achieve measurable pipeline results.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting business planning sessions with key partners to achieve significant business outcomes.
• Proven capability to engage and influence senior leaders at consulting firms and technology partners.
• Strong understanding of partner marketing, go-to-market planning, and co-selling strategies.
• Excellent organizational and process-development skills, with experience in managing multiple external stakeholders and internal workflows.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven history of establishing programs and partnerships from the ground up.
