Partner & Alliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships across essential markets.

• Oversee relationships with senior executives from partners and within the ecosystem.

• Enhance CLARITY's collaboration with SAP by coordinating partner programs, joint initiatives, and ecosystem activities.

• Discover and activate new strategic alliance opportunities.

• Build connections with global and regional consulting and technology firms.

• Proactively identify and onboard new partners for the Graip ecosystem.

• Create joint business, go-to-market, and demand-generation initiatives.

• Identify and utilize partner programs, funding avenues, and ecosystem opportunities.

• Link partners with the relevant Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams.

• Support opportunities generated or influenced by partners.

• Develop scalable processes for partner recruitment, activation, and engagement.

• Monitor partner activities, opportunities, and commercial outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in partnerships, alliances, channels, or ecosystem development.

• Background in enterprise technology, consulting, SaaS, or B2B software.

• Capability to forge relationships with senior business and partnership leaders.

• Experience in creating new partnerships in addition to managing existing ones.

• Strong commercial acumen and business development orientation.

• Familiarity with joint go-to-market strategies and partner programs.

• Ability to proactively seek out and recruit new partners.

• Excellent stakeholder management and follow-up abilities.

• Capacity to work independently across different countries and organizations.

• Outstanding English communication skills.
