This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with Portuguese-speaking partners.
• Oversee and assist a portfolio of 30–40 partners concurrently.
• Engage with warm leads and facilitate the onboarding of new partners in conjunction with the inbound team.
• Foster partner growth and development to enhance overall project revenue.
• Evaluate partner performance and pinpoint opportunities for improved engagement and outcomes.
• Offer partners guidance and best practices to aid their scaling on the platform.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee a premium partner experience and a secure ecosystem for users.
• A minimum of 2 years in a client-facing position (such as Account Manager, BizDev, Customer Success, Sales, or Affiliate Manager).
• Strong skills in relationship building and communication.
• A results-driven and client-focused mindset.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.
• Capability to work independently and effectively organize information.
• Proficiency in English at B2+ level (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Proficiency in Portuguese at B2+ level (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
