This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develops and implements strategic business plans for designated partners by assessing market opportunities, partner goals, financial outcomes, executive priorities, and FICO's unique value proposition to foster long-term growth.
• Cultivates existing relationships and establishes new connections with C-Suite and Senior Level executives at key Partner organizations to comprehend their aspirations and how to utilize FICO Intellectual Property to help them realize those objectives.
• Utilizes the aforementioned insights and FICO’s expertise in analytics, software development, and data management to forge highly credible partnerships with assigned collaborators.
• Acts as the lead relationship executive for a partner, overseeing both partner and FICO virtual teams, including sales, pre-sales, technology, and Professional Services delivery groups, to ensure partner satisfaction while driving revenue growth led by partners.
• Proactively engages in and actively seeks the sale of FICO Software solutions to facilitate the successful negotiation and closing of assigned business via channel partners.
• Generates, qualifies, and converts new leads through networking, prospecting, and executing sales campaigns with existing partners.
• Identifies and articulates compelling joint solutions utilizing FICO Software that can be scaled via our Financial Services partners to foster partner-led growth and deliver significant client value (ROI) at the end-client, partner, and FICO levels.
• Creates and presents key proposals while effectively managing the sales process to leverage these opportunities.
• Simultaneously oversees the comprehensive delivery of multiple channel sales engagements from pipeline development to contract negotiations.
• Initiates and manages co-marketing and co-sales campaigns with Partners to increase adoption and revenue growth from installed software.
• Represents FICO at partner conferences, industry events, and association meetings.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of FICO Software & product offerings and their applications across the Financial Services sector.
• Access to and/or established relationships with C-Suite and Senior level executives at Partners in the payments sector to collaboratively achieve growth objectives.
• Proven experience in identifying and developing relationships within assigned key Partners.
• Extensive consultative selling experience and executive connections in the relevant industry (e.g., financial services), ideally with a focus on technology or decision science.
• Strong grasp of pricing strategies in a SaaS channel distribution context, with previous experience in transaction-based and revenue share-based pricing being advantageous.
• Capacity to create immediate, near-term, and long-term joint-business plans with key Partners.
• Proven ability to design and sell multi-million-dollar client value propositions to “C-suite” executives.
• Direct experience in marketing SaaS solutions that either significantly expand existing offerings or bundle products into larger solution sales.
• Track record of success in identifying new business opportunities in both direct and channel selling environments.
• Experience in managing partner pipelines to align with internal forecasting cycles.
• Expert understanding of Financial Services market trends and the specific needs/issues of target partners, along with a demonstrated ability to link these needs with FICO Software solutions.
• Strong comprehension of solution delivery requirements to ensure early identification of opportunities beyond traditional offerings.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, drive, and sense of urgency, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with others as part of a global solution team.
• Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills.
• Exceptional communication, professional presentation, and organizational skills, complemented by a strong creative orientation and the ability to develop innovative software solutions.
• Experience in building collaborative relationships and 3rd party alliances.
• Proven capability to achieve financial results and deliver outstanding client satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel extensively worldwide to maintain active engagement with Partners on a regular basis.
