This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establishing robust partnerships and acting as a reliable advisor to enhance the collaboration with GSI partners, serving as a key contact for their daily requirements.
• Utilizing strategic insights and relationship management to foster growth from current partners while identifying upsell opportunities.
• Overseeing the renewal process for annual agreements.
• Conducting quarterly business reviews both in-person and virtually.
• Ensuring positive partner relationships that lead to references, case studies, and renewals.
• Scheduling regular check-in calls with partners to evaluate how to optimize client satisfaction.
• Managing the lead generation process.
• Leading the qualification process alongside the partner.
• Engaging in sales strategy discussions.
• Confirming and participating in meetings with clients.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure expedited progress.
• Conducting thorough searches on social media to identify and contact potential partners for new business opportunities.
• Acquiring new target partners and overseeing the onboarding process.
• A minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in a software/SaaS B2B environment with a demonstrated history of consistently exceeding quotas.
• Experience managing GSI partner accounts including firms such as Deloitte, TCS, and Infosys.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with partners.
• A strong personal network within the region.
• Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales.
• Professional sales training is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with CRM and BPM applications and experience in implementing business solutions.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
