
Partner Account Manager – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulating and executing a well-thought-out partner strategy for the DACH region, which includes identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new partners.
• Establishing and continually nurturing long-term, trust-based relationships with current partners.
• Assisting partners in business development, pipeline generation, and market expansion with the objective of achieving sustainable revenue growth.
• Planning and implementing joint business strategies, conducting regular partner reviews, and defining as well as monitoring clear goals and KPIs.
• Empowering partners through training, workshops, and sales and marketing support in close collaboration with presales, marketing, sales operations, and other internal teams.
• Overseeing and coordinating sales opportunities with partners — from lead generation to successful closure.
• Representing the company at partner events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
• A minimum of three years of experience in partner management at a vendor or manufacturer — preferably within the IT or security sectors.
• Proven experience in establishing and developing channel partners, resellers, or system integrators.
• Proficient in managing complex, solution-selling products (e.g., software, cloud, or hybrid solutions).
• Strategic mindset coupled with strong operational execution capabilities and an organized approach to work.
• Familiarity with modern CRM and sales tools, as well as partner-centric go-to-market strategies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, along with proven negotiation abilities at the executive level.
• A university degree or equivalent qualification, along with a dedication to continuous professional development.
• Proficient in written and spoken German, with confident English skills for international collaboration.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region for partner meetings and events.
