📋 Description

• Develop robust partner relationships and act as a trusted advisor for Corporate and Enterprise partners.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the daily needs of partners.

• Utilize strategic thinking and relationship management to foster growth from existing partners and uncover upsell opportunities.

• Oversee the renewal process for annual agreements.

• Conduct quarterly business reviews, both remotely and on-site.

• Enhance partner satisfaction to drive renewals, references, and case studies.

• Perform regular partner check-in calls to optimize partner satisfaction and engagement.

• Assist partners in enhancing their expertise and experience with Creatio technology.

• Collaborate with partners to expand the pipeline and closed business.

• Aid in lead generation initiatives.

• Lead the qualification process alongside partners.

• Engage in sales strategy discussions.

• Organize and participate in customer meetings.

• Work closely with the sales team to expedite deal progression.

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners through social media and other channels.

• Acquire new target partners and manage onboarding processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in partner account management.

• Over 5 years of experience in a B2B software/SaaS setting with a proven ability to consistently exceed quotas.

• Experience managing medium to large partner accounts.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong partner relationships.

• A strong professional network within the region is advantageous.

• Highly driven and passionate about sales and partnerships.

• Professional sales training is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with CRM and BPM applications, along with experience in implementing business solutions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment.

• Strong multitasking capabilities with the ability to work independently.

• Capacity to identify and concentrate on high-potential revenue-generating partners.

• Awareness of key industry trends and market dynamics.

• Ability to establish and maintain long-term partner relationships.

• Strategic mindset and commercial acumen.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic work approach.
