This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and take full responsibility for expanding your strategic partnerships (up to 4) within your North American territory.
• Take charge of driving new logo acquisitions and achieving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth in collaboration with your strategic partners.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market sales strategies and comprehensive business action plans that encompass sales, marketing, and technical initiatives.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships between both organizations to enhance their investment, focus, and dedication to their Voxology business.
• Define, plan, and execute training programs for partner enablement alongside your internal colleagues to continuously educate your strategic partners on all three pillars – technical solutions, sales methodologies, and marketing and social media positioning, including joint events.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of Voxology's technology and its value proposition, enabling you to effectively communicate this to both partners and customers in a direct engagement format.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the strategic partner businesses and what drives their success in terms of metrics and outcomes. Demonstrate value by aligning Voxology's relevant value propositions with the partner’s strategies and objectives.
• Maintain a relentless focus on achieving successful customer outcomes through partnerships.
• A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in a strategic partner sales role and direct sales within the SaaS industry is essential.
• Preferred experience working with large mid-market and enterprise-focused VARs, integrators, MSPs, or GSIs, with a strong technical background and deep knowledge of CX solutions.
• Required experience in establishing a geographic partner business across various levels on a regional or national scale with key industry players.
• Strong preference for experience as a quota-carrying seller in both partner and direct sales in North America, with a proven track record of consistently meeting goals.
• Comprehensive understanding of how to develop and implement go-to-market strategies with major partner organizations.
• Existing C-level relationships with strategic target partners, including VARs, integrators, and GSIs in North America.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to operate independently while managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to passionately promote the Voxology values to our strategic partners and their customers.
• A desire to take ownership of all aspects of the partner lifecycle, including profiling, recruitment, enablement, funnel management, deal closure, and more.
• Proven sales capability and demonstrated knowledge of the sales process and tools, particularly with active CRM management.
