This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Onboard new hosts - Oversee incoming applications and facilitate the seamless onboarding of new content creators - Assist hosts in platform setup and best practices to ensure rapid activation.
• Identify and scale acquisition channels - Investigate and evaluate new sources for attracting hosts - Launch and enhance acquisition initiatives in collaboration with partners.
• Manage and grow affiliate partnerships - Cultivate strong relationships with current partners - Aid partners in expanding their teams and enhancing content quality.
• Analyze performance & drive growth - Track partner and host performance (conversion, revenue, engagement) - Formulate hypotheses and carry out actions to enhance key metrics - Take responsibility for performance enhancements and results.
• Lead promo initiatives - Develop and assess promo mechanisms (bonuses, contests, incentives) - Measure effectiveness and iterate based on data.
• Proficiency in English (B2+), Russian (C1+), and Spanish (B2+).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in content, affiliate, partnerships, or creator management.
• Strong analytical abilities (capable of working with data, tracking metrics, and identifying growth opportunities).
• Familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel (basic formulas and data analysis).
• Knowledge of performance metrics (conversion, revenue, retention, engagement).
• Experience onboarding and managing creators or partners.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing / user acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills (ability to establish and maintain partner relationships).
• Proactive mindset – capable of taking initiative and driving results independently.
• Ownership – accountable for performance and outcomes.
• Problem-solving skills – proficient in identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Adaptability – comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail while managing multiple partners and tasks.
• Nice to have: Experience in SMM / paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Ability to create visuals using tools like Canva, Figma, or similar.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics.
• Experience with affiliate or creator-based platforms.
