This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic consulting and transformation partners.
• Create and implement collaborative business plans with partners, emphasizing pipeline development, revenue generation, and co-selling initiatives.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders within partner organizations.
• Lead partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals from inception to completion alongside sales teams.
• Empower partner sales and delivery teams to effectively position and implement Hypatos solutions.
• Represent Hypatos in high-level discussions, webinars, and collaborative market-facing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to eliminate obstacles and expedite deals.
• Continuously enhance partner performance through data analysis, forecasting, and structured business reviews.
• Proven experience in partner management, alliances, or enterprise sales, preferably with Big Four or consulting/professional services firms.
• Strong executive presence and the capability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in driving revenue through indirect or partner-led strategies.
• A hands-on, execution-oriented approach—comfortable managing both strategic and detailed aspects.
• Exceptional ability to influence without direct authority across complex organizational structures.
• High learning agility, with the capability to quickly grasp and promote enterprise SaaS and AI solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM and performance tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of finance transformation, automation, or enterprise SaaS is a significant advantage.
