This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Cultivate, establish, and enhance referral partnerships with technology partners, human capital management associates, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors within the SMB sector.
• Develop and strengthen strategic referral networks and alliances aimed at lead generation and discovering new partnership possibilities.
• Proactively detect and address emerging challenges and present solutions by collaborating across departments such as Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
• Team up with Partner Marketing to innovate and implement distinctive initiatives that promote partner sales (e.g., educational events, emails, webinars, etc.).
• Collaborate with partners to set business objectives and performance indicators (e.g., sales pipeline depth and revenue generation) to formulate and execute effective go-to-market strategies and demand-generation efforts.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building, developing, and maintaining relationships with technology and human capital management (HCM) partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB sector (including territory sales and business development).
• Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Highly motivated individual contributor and relationship builder capable of working independently.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
• Resilient—capable of quickly recovering from setbacks, resourceful, and finding innovative ways to accomplish tasks.
• Solutions-oriented—eager to engage in hands-on management and resolution of operational partnership challenges.

• Tech-savvy—familiarity with using Salesforce to manage sales cycles is preferred.

• Willingness to travel—capable of being in the field 3 days per week.
