• Oversee and cultivate Geotab Partner relationships to enhance revenue and unit sales through both new and existing Partners.
• Facilitate Partner success by equipping them with essential tools, training, and resources to promote Geotab sales.
• Predict and monitor key account metrics, including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts—sales activations, terminations, and revenue.
• Ensure that Partners and Geotab effectively achieve established revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Establish Geotab's credibility, brand value, and trust within the assigned Partner network through regular in-person business reviews and engagement.
• Create a feedback loop from Partners regarding market trends, customer needs, and product performance to guide product development strategy.
• Mentor and develop the assigned Partner network on Geotab solutions through face-to-face meetings, platform training, product demonstrations, and webinars.
• Collaborate regularly with Marketing to optimize co-marketing and lead generation activities, ensuring the Geotab brand is well-positioned within each Partner's offerings.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in technical or channel sales.
• More than 5 years of experience in an account management position within a channel sales organization.
• Proven expertise in telematics or fleet management technology; ability to distinguish Geotab from competitors like Samsara and Motive.
• Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides); comfortable utilizing AI-based tools for data analysis and presentation delivery.
• Preferred location in or around the North Central region (Chicago corridor, Minnesota, Iowa, or nearby area) to accommodate regional travel needs.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time, including regular visits to branches across an 8-10 branch territory; valid passport required for international travel.
