This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of key and strategic partners, acting as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for the account.
• Build and sustain robust relationships within key partner accounts to ensure alignment and foster mutual business success.
• Collaborate in the development and execution of joint go-to-market strategies that enhance revenue growth, increase adoption, and expand market penetration.
• Work closely with other B2B segments (MCM/CL/Auto) to comprehend their strategic objectives and align the PAM goals accordingly.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, both internally and externally, to effectively communicate and promote various solutions (e.g., UltraFICO/Plaid, DLP, 10T, etc.).
• Participate in meetings with team members from other segments to act as the solution specialist for the strategic offerings managed by our team (UltraFICO, DLP, etc.).
• Spearhead partner enablement by providing training, sales tools, and product knowledge that empower partners to successfully position and sell FICO Scores to their clientele.
• Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics) to ensure that partner needs are aligned with our innovations and roadmap.
• Represent and advocate for partners internally, gathering feedback and transforming it into product enhancements, new features, and tailored solutions by vertical.
• Negotiate and oversee partner agreements, including renewals, expansions, and commercial terms, in collaboration with internal teams (legal/finance).
• Keep accurate client records and pipeline activities in CRM systems and monitor progress towards KPIs/KPMs.
• Assess partner performance in terms of revenue, pipeline, and market penetration; analyze data to extract insights and suggest actions for growth optimization.
• Lead the development of the Strategic Business Plan alongside internal and external stakeholders, utilizing it as a dynamic document to guide future growth and advancement.
• Remain informed about the competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and industry trends to adeptly assist partners in leveraging FICO solutions for business outcomes.
• Represent FICO to strategic partners and the broader industry through client meetings, conferences, speaking engagements, and promotion of FICO initiatives.
• 7+ years of significant experience in financial services with a focus on partner account management.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-up skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Comfort in navigating a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Proven track record of building strategic partnerships with lenders using a consultative approach, with successful engagement at the C-suite and executive levels.
• Established professional network of decision-makers and influencers within the mortgage tri-merge reseller sector.
• Strong capability to actively listen to partner needs and convert complex technical abilities into compelling business value propositions.
• Excellent relationship management, project coordination, and follow-through skills with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Willingness to travel based on partner meeting schedules and industry events.
