Participant Recruitment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Evaluate electronic and paper medical records to determine trial eligibility and identify qualified leads.

• Conduct pre-screening interviews and screening calls to assess participant eligibility and arrange onsite visits.

• Execute medical record abstraction and data collection tasks.

• Utilize electronic recruitment workflows to monitor enrollment, maintain study documentation, and coordinate across research sites.

• Monitor project statuses and report on enrollment metrics.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA, GCP, IRB guidelines, and M3 Wake Research Standard Operating Procedures.

• Analyze clinical trial protocols, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and study requirements.

• Collaborate with Clinical Affairs for community partner communications and recruitment assistance.

• Attend team meetings and engage in community outreach activities as assigned.

• Adhere to regular attendance, participate in video conferences with the camera on, and comply with Company policies.

• Safeguard the confidentiality of protected health information (PHI).

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of clinical research experience at a clinical research site, CRO, Sponsor, or participant recruitment vendor.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or a combination of academic, professional, or work experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the responsibilities.

• Experience with medical record data abstraction into a specialized medical record review data collection application.

• Fundamental understanding of medical terminology.

• MA, EMT, LVN/LPN, or RN certification or licensure, or similar credentials are preferred.
