This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Deliver service and account management assistance for clients within a designated region.
• Conduct water tests, oversee equipment maintenance, and support the implementation of Comprehensive Water Management Programs.
• Evaluate microbiological and water chemistry data while addressing client inquiries.
• Execute minor upkeep on water monitoring devices and perform on-site readings using testing instruments.
• Gather building water samples for laboratory culture analysis.
• Guide or train colleagues to promote consistent knowledge sharing and team growth.
• Preferred background in science, engineering, or mathematics.
• Capability to learn the operation of equipment that measures pH, temperature, and residual oxidant levels in water.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Self-driven and proactive with a "can do" mindset.
• A keen interest in acquiring new knowledge and skills.
• Demonstrate a commitment to high ethical standards and fostering a diverse workplace.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office, Gmail, and various Google applications.
