Part-time Tiktok Creator Partnerships Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects and deliver daily operational assistance across various campaigns;

• Conduct outreach to creators, manage logistical coordination, and negotiate rates and deliverables effectively at scale;

• Administer the creator pipeline — including outreach, negotiation, contracting, content management, and payment — while proactively following up to ensure everything is current;

• Evaluate and approve drafts of creator content in line with brand and campaign guidelines;

• Dispatch and monitor creator agreements; ensure timely processing of payments;

• Maintain detailed reporting on creator status, output, expenditures, and performance metrics for stakeholders;

• Identify disputes or relationships at risk and communicate these to the internal team with clear context;

• Adhere to internal procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English proficiency (minimum C1 level for both verbal and written communication);

• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear, Slack, and TikTok, along with a quick adaptability to new tools;

• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple partner relationships at the same time;

• Experience in establishing and maintaining tracking systems and reporting dashboards;

• Capability to independently manage standard negotiations and approvals while recognizing when to escalate issues;

• Availability to address time-sensitive communications with creators as required;

• Proven track record of completing tasks reliably and on time;

• A positive, proactive, and responsible disposition;

• Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
