Part-Time Territory Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Ensure complete distribution of all “authorized” Hershey products within the designated territory.

• Execute retail strategies and merchandising plans flawlessly in collaboration with various retailers.

• Meet all merchandising goals utilizing Permanent Secondary Displays and other display methods outlined in the Retail Execution Plan.

• Provide weekly reports on activities, expenses, account modifications, promotions, and other administrative duties within the assigned territory.

• Document daily activities using tablets, with submissions made at the end of each day.

• Manage sales territory, which may vary based on territory size, the number of retailers, and geographical location.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid driver's license issued by a US state is required.

• A personal vehicle in good working order is necessary.

• Must hold personal auto insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 per person, $100,000 per accident, and $100,000 for property damage. The policy must allow for business use.

• Candidates must either reside within or be willing to commute to the territory boundaries as specified in the job description.

• Ability to drive long distances for multiple sales calls daily is essential.

• Must be capable of lifting weights between 10-40 lbs. regularly, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• The ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently, with or without reasonable accommodations, is required.

• Proficiency in using tablet technology is necessary.

• Daily access to wireless internet is required.

• Must exhibit flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage.

• Availability to work between 20-25 hours weekly is expected.
