Part-Time Tech Lead – Mobile App & Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical owner of the Louco platform.

• Lead and assist our development team with daily tasks.

• Act as the liaison between business, product, and engineering teams.

• Convert business requirements into technical solutions and development workflows.

• Collaborate closely with product management to establish technical requirements and priorities.

• Evaluate architectural choices, code quality, and technical feasibility.

• Recognize technical risks and proactively suggest solutions.

• Oversee technical implementation across mobile applications, backend systems, and web platforms.

• Ensure that development adheres to best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Software Engineer, Engineering Manager, or a comparable leadership position in software development environments.

• Extensive experience in leading, mentoring, and coordinating development teams.

• Practical experience in managing and delivering mobile application projects for both iOS and Android.

• Familiarity with Flutter-based applications.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, third-party integrations, and platform ecosystems.

• Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, and release management.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
