• Operating within a globally structured consultancy network, this remote role is essential for facilitating international growth through the proactive acquisition of top-tier executive talent.
• The role requires a high-output, target-oriented recruitment professional focused on identifying, reaching out to, and pre-qualifying C-suite leaders within designated European territories to consistently support the member sales pipeline.
• This position is classified as an Independent Contractor role for an initial commitment of 15 hours per week, with the potential for increasing hours in the near future.
• Multi-Channel Lead Generation: Employ LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, and industry websites to generate a high volume of executive inquiries across targeted geographic territories, initially covering the UK, Germany, and key European markets.
• Proactive Sourcing & Digital Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound InMail and email campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator to initiate contact with passive C-suite prospects.
• Campaign & Content Creation: Create, edit, and publish on-brand social media content to enhance executive engagement, optimize daily job postings, and manage country-specific digital lists for campaigns and newsletters.
• Candidate Qualification & Shortlisting: Carry out thorough CV screening and pre-qualification assessments to identify and shortlist suitable candidates interested in transitioning to consultancy ownership.
• Pipeline & Appointment Management: Prioritize leads based on quality, manage calendar schedules to arrange meetings with pre-qualified candidates and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
• Executive Recruitment Experience: A proven history in executive search, agency recruiting, or corporate talent acquisition, with specific expertise in engaging and pre-qualifying C-suite and executive-level professionals.
• Territory Management Mastery: Demonstrated capability to independently conduct lead generation and market mapping across international territories, particularly within the UK and European corporate sectors.
• Digital Outreach Expertise: Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator to manage high-volume, professional outreach campaigns.
• Target-Driven Focus: A self-motivated individual committed to achieving monthly performance goals and consistently delivering a substantial volume of pre-qualified executive leads.
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of international business structures, franchising frameworks, or global professional services consultancy models.
• Proficiency in German or other European languages is highly beneficial given the assigned target markets.
• Required Software Skills: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) / Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Digital Content Creation and Social Media Scheduling tools.
