This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Advise and implement suitable instructional design methodologies to create learning solutions and deliverables across various delivery formats.
• Assist the graphics and media team in visualizing and executing the scripts/storyboard.
• Collaborate and engage with stakeholders throughout the development process to ensure a positive influence on them.
• Work together with the media team during the design phase.
• Produce supplementary materials/media for courses/videos, including course/video overviews and introductions.
• Acquire a foundational understanding of the subject matter through provided materials and independent research.
• Conduct walkthroughs of designs and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Evaluate deliverables for completeness, adherence to standards, and alignment with the detailed design before submitting them for stakeholder review.
• Revise and edit content based on feedback from reviewers or stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
• May be tasked with handling one-time projects/initiatives or ongoing project work as necessary, along with other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned periodically.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Instructional Design for a US audience is required, alongside a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in proofreading and editorial functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to influence others and polished presentation skills.
• Exhibit outstanding attention to detail.
• Capability to work part-time.
