
MRI Clinical Education and Training Applications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate and coordinate the delivery of customer training using a targeted integrated account management strategy.
• Enhance product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competencies within the Imaging modalities.
• Link theoretical knowledge with clinical and product insights to equip clinicians with the expertise and skills necessary for optimal performance with GE HealthCare equipment.
• Conduct pre-sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions for potential customers in collaboration with those clients.
• Design and implement clinical training for end-user personnel in accordance with the Sales Order Agreement (SOA).
• Drive revenue growth through the execution of on-site or remote clinical education delivery.
• Ensure thorough, consistent, and timely completion of documentation requirements from pre-training through post-training.
• Offer ongoing post-installation training and support as required throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain customer relationships through proactive engagement and communicate all pertinent product and/or customer issues or opportunities to the Management team, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support.
• Associate degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in MRI patient scanning.
• Minimum of 1 year of patient scanning experience on GEHC equipment.
• ARRT, ARMRIT, or equivalent certification in a specific modality.
• Comfortable working in a clinical/patient setting.
• Proficient in using software applications such as Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions.
• Required to register with one or more vendor credentialing services utilized by various customer hospitals.
• Must be willing to travel extensively, over 80% (4-5 days a week, including overnight stays and some weekends).
