Part Time Senior Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement principles of business improvement and reengineering to enhance organizational development and modernize processes within natural resources projects.

• Lead project teams, ensuring focus on executing project tasks and achieving goals, while supporting personnel transitions.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer initiatives, which may include group facilitation, interviewing, and training among other activities.

• Provide expert guidance on methodology creation, change management, organizational development, activity and data modeling, performance evaluation, benchmarking, and identifying best practices.

• Assist or take the lead in conducting discussions and meetings with client personnel.

• Exhibit proactive behavior, implement innovative concepts, and strive for impactful solutions to challenges.

• Showcase inventive "Out-of-the-box" thinking and excellent communication abilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work permanently in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

• Capability to undergo background checks and Personal Identity Verification (PIV).

• A Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience in business, management, information systems, or related areas.

• Strong facilitation, management consulting training, or business improvement skills and techniques are essential.

• Proficient in various domains, including but not limited to methodology development, change management, organizational development, activity and data modeling, assessments and evaluations, training to enhance service or customer service, performance measurement, benchmarking, and identifying best practices.

• Must be adept in utilizing tools and techniques related to business improvements.

• Capable of facilitating discussions and meetings with client staff, either independently or as a leader.

• May be required to provide guidance and training to consultants as necessary.
