This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.
• Travel across the country to assist in planning and leading the execution of large-scale pop-up events.
• Collaborate closely with the Retail Activations team to prepare for each activation.
• Supervise on-site logistics, team operations, merchandising, and customer experience to guarantee flawless execution.
• Aid in pre-event planning activities, including logistics coordination, inventory checks, and reviewing setup documentation.
• Take charge of on-site event setup and teardown, which includes truck loading/unloading and layout execution.
• Monitor the flow of events and resolve issues in real-time to ensure successful activation.
• Ensure the seamless execution of merchandising and inventory management.
• Manage event materials, merchandising setup, and back-of-house organization.
• Oversee inventory handling and coordinate the delivery and placement of all assets.
• Ensure that all resources are accounted for and returned appropriately post-event.
• Guide and inspire the on-site team to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through product knowledge and engagement.
• Serve as the on-site lead, exemplifying professionalism, accountability, and brand values.
• Must be able to commit to working at least 10 events during the seasonal timeline.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience, preferably in the events or retail sector.
• Required experience in event planning or coordination.
• Capability to manage, coach, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Highly organized and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and irregular schedules.
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and solutions-driven attitude.
• Comfortable using basic tools and performing light handywork.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends or evenings as necessary.
