Part-time Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from the initial intake to the final offer for designated positions.

• Identify candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking efforts.

• Evaluate candidates to determine their technical qualifications, experience, and overall compatibility.

• Organize interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp their hiring requirements and provide regular updates on the candidate pipeline.

• Keep accurate records of candidates within the ADP Recruiting system.

• Prepare candidate summaries and interview feedback for the hiring teams.

• Convey verbal offers and guide candidates through the hiring process.

• Ensure a remarkable candidate experience from application to onboarding.

• Assist with additional recruiting projects as needed by the business.

• Maintain an active pool of qualified candidates for various openings.

• Organize and keep recruiting activities updated within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Communicate proactively throughout the recruitment process.

• Support the efficient filling of positions while upholding a high-quality standard.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Preferred experience in recruiting for corporate, technical, or SaaS organizations.

• Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple open positions at the same time.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with ADP is a plus.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Preferred experience in recruiting for B2B SaaS, ERP, software, customer success, implementation, professional services, or engineering roles.

• Experience in partnering directly with hiring managers.
