Part-Time Real Estate Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct live and online Real Estate classes.

• Act as a real estate industry authority by keeping up with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages student engagement and participation.

• Guide students and enhance their success.

• Oversee classroom interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Respond to student inquiries throughout their educational journey and in follow-up as needed.

• Modify teaching techniques based on feedback and constructive criticism.

• Comply with attendance, scheduling, and student concern protocols.

• Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to provide a unified student learning experience.

• Maintain regular communication with product line management regarding curriculum updates, student progress, and changes to the classroom or schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.

• Possession of an active and unencumbered Florida Real Estate License.

• Holding an active Florida Real Estate Instructor’s License.

• Necessary state-required experience and/or education to qualify as an instructor.

• Proficiency in Google, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom platform.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to effectively use technology.

• Willingness to adapt to new teaching methods and changes in course materials as required.

• Strong interpersonal skills (both live online and via video) and approachability.

• Proven time management and organizational capabilities.

• Excellent presentation and teaching abilities.

• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
