Part Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients via ongoing telemedicine.

• Provide treatment for a varied clientele experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

• Prescribe necessary medications to alleviate mental health symptoms.

• Develop and collaborate with clients on individualized care plans.

• Complete and/or administer necessary paperwork and assessment instruments.

• Comply with Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.

• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services.

• Engage in the ADHD Clinic and provide treatment for ADHD clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification.

• A Master's degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state is required.

• A minimum of one year of psychiatric practice experience is necessary.

• Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where they will be practicing.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is advantageous.

• Three years of experience is considered a plus.

• Must be willing to treat clients aged 14 and older.

• Completion of in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approaches, followed by a certification exam, is required.

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
