This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and manage intricate projects within the professional, scientific, and technical services domain, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to scope and budget constraints.

• Involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure project results align with both organizational objectives and client needs.

• Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration among diverse teams.

• Evaluate project performance metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities and implement best practices aimed at boosting efficiency and quality.

• Propel project success by leveraging expert knowledge and leadership to achieve measurable business outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management or project coordination, with a minimum of 2 to 4 years supporting projects in regulated life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, GxP, quality systems, validation, or regulated documentation.

• Experience in project coordination or management within a regulated life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GxP setting.

• Proven ability to track documentation deliverables, action items, milestones, risks, open issues, and follow-ups across various workstreams.

• Capability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, follow up with document owners, and maintain transparency regarding deliverable status.

• Experience collaborating with external vendors, implementation partners, and internal client stakeholders.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and project tracking tools to facilitate remote collaboration.

• Excellent communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and follow-through abilities.

• Willingness to engage in part-time remote support during business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PDT.
