Part-Time Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough, evidence-based virtual medical evaluations.

• Keep precise, up-to-date patient records and sign charts within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Address patient inquiries with clarity and compassion.

• Request necessary laboratory tests, analyze results, and prescribe suitable medications.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Provide ongoing care for a designated panel of patients.

• Onboard new patients and deliver follow-up care, including lab management, prescription oversight, and addressing clinical queries.

• Uphold high standards of care, patient satisfaction, appointment availability, and respond to patient messages within one business day.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound appreciation and understanding of the trans experience.

• At least one active license in good standing with your professional board.

• Experience in prescribing behavioral health medications for conditions such as depression and anxiety.

• Familiarity with established GAHT guidelines, including an informed consent model of care.

• Experience and comfort in collaborating with diverse teams.

• Ability to provide 100% remote patient care comfortably.

• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of EMRs, email communication, and app-based platforms.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Minimum of 10 patient-facing hours each week.

• Legally authorized to work in the USA and a resident of the USA.

• Physician licenses specifically desired in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas.

• Preference for candidates with three or more state licenses.

• Experience with telehealth, particularly in direct-to-consumer telehealth or startup environments, is preferred.
