Part-Time People Manager – Clinical Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of escalation for issues arising from clinicians and the RN team; deliver performance evaluations and enforce corrective measures when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, clinical quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous development of clinical personnel.

• Promote career advancement and employee retention through regular one-on-one meetings and tailored coaching.

• Coordinate PTO and clinician schedules in partnership with the Clinical Operations team.

• Create and revise policies related to clinical team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of management experience in the healthcare sector, preferably within the telehealth environment.

• Background as a practicing clinician (MD, DO, NP, PA, CNM). This role does not involve providing clinical care, so active licenses are not required.

• In-depth knowledge of clinical practices and applicable healthcare regulations.

• Demonstrated capability to forge and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong dedication to delivering affirming and culturally competent care to LGBTQIA+ communities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
