Part-Time Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver gender-affirming hormone therapy and Expanded Clinical Services to patients across the United States.

• Provide ongoing care for an assigned group of patients.

• Onboard new patients and ensure follow-up care is provided.

• Oversee laboratory management and prescription processes.

• Respond to clinical inquiries and patient messages.

• Perform thorough, evidence-based virtual medical evaluations.

• Keep precise and current patient records, signing charts within 24 hours.

• Order necessary laboratory tests, analyze results, and prescribe suitable medications.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Ensure appointment availability and uphold high standards of care.

• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours each week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound appreciation and understanding of the trans experience.

• Possession of at least one active license, in good standing with your professional board.

• Experience in prescribing behavioral health medications, particularly for depression and anxiety.

• Familiarity with established GAHT guidelines, including an informed consent model of care.

• Comfort and experience working with diverse teams.

• Proficiency in providing 100% remote patient care.

• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of EMRs, email communication, and app-based platforms.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Seeking licenses from California, Colorado, DC, Iowa, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, and Wyoming.

• Licenses from Connecticut, Indiana, New Jersey, and Ohio are advantageous.

• Holding three or more state licenses is a plus.

• Experience in telehealth and particularly in direct-to-consumer telehealth/startup environments is beneficial.

• Minimum of 10 patient-facing hours required each week.
