Part-time Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.

• Act as the company's face, delivering exceptional customer service to both store teams and shoppers.

• Conduct store visits in alignment with Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos through DMI.

• Establish and nurture relationships with store personnel.

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and uphold brand standards.

• Implement promotional displays and ensure adherence to agreed-upon plans.

• Follow the schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager.

• Assist with seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-profile merchandising events.

• Relay store-level insights, issues, and opportunities through Salesforce.

• Transfer products from stockrooms to store floors and stock shelves while adhering to safety and compliance regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor; self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations.

• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs repeatedly.

• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.

• Previous experience in retail or grocery is an advantage.

• Reside within 25 miles of the primary location (West Des Moines, IA).

• Availability required: Tuesday and Saturday; starting by 6 am, working 15-20 hours per week.
