Part-Time Licensed Therapist – Women's Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver empathetic, evidence-based teletherapy services to women as they navigate their reproductive journeys.

• Conduct approximately 20–21 patient sessions per week within a 29-hour weekly calendar availability.

• Ensure that at least 20% of weekday appointments are available after 4pm.

• Engage in individual and group clinical consultations as well as participate in the monthly clinical team meetings.

• Implement the Seven Starling Care Model utilizing evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, IPT, and attachment-based methodologies.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and treatment plans of high quality.

• Collaborate with the clinical team in a feedback-oriented environment.

• Contribute to company-wide initiatives that align with personal interests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in New York (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist).

• A New York license is mandatory; preference will be given to candidates with at least two additional licenses.

• Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience is required.

• Experience in perinatal, menopausal health, or women's mental health is preferred.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care is essential.

• Must be comfortable and skilled with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices.

• A commitment to a collaborative team model that emphasizes shared consultation and ongoing learning is necessary.

• A passion for the mission of Seven Starling and a desire to contribute to a growing organization is crucial.

• Having a multi-state license is advantageous.

• PMH-C certification is a plus.

• Availability during standard business hours from 8am–8pm, with at least 20% of weekday appointments available after 4pm is required.

• Must have 29 hours of calendar availability per week and complete approximately 20–21 patient sessions weekly.
