Part-Time Licensed Therapist – Women's Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• As a Therapist at Seven Starling, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based teletherapy for women navigating their reproductive journeys.

• This is a part-time, exempt, salaried role.

• Total calendar availability is 29 hours per week.

• Expected patient sessions: Approximately 20-21 sessions weekly, with a minimum of 5 open slots available after 4pm.

• The difference in hours accounts for no-shows, cancellations, and allocated administrative time.

• Availability should align with standard business hours, from 8am to 8pm, with at least 20% of appointments available after 4pm (around 5 appointments) on weekdays, totaling 21 completed client appointments each week.

• Engage in individual and group clinical consultations, and participate in our monthly clinical team meetings.

• Implement the Seven Starling Care Model using evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches).

• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment.

• Contribute to company-wide initiatives that align with your interests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in **MI** (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist).

• **Michigan Residency requirement** is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal, menopausal health, or women’s mental health.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care.

• Proficiency and comfort with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices.

• A commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and ongoing learning.

• Multi-state licensure is a plus.
