This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Strategize, implement, and enhance digital marketing initiatives for various brands.
• Oversee and refine paid advertising efforts on platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Evaluate campaign success and deliver organized weekly reports with actionable recommendations.
• Track essential performance indicators, including engagement, lead quality, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency.
• Assist with audience targeting, segmentation, and testing strategies for campaigns.
• Formulate effective growth strategies tailored for growth-stage and budget-constrained settings.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance workflow efficiency, campaign brainstorming, content creation, testing, and analysis.
• Partner closely with the founder on marketing priorities, experimental approaches, and growth prospects.
• Suggest and implement enhancements based on analytics and performance trends.
• Provide light CRM coordination support as needed, but this position does not involve CRM administration.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, paid advertising, or digital marketing.
• Documented experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns directly.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a commercial mindset.
• Proven ability to enhance campaign performance through testing and data-driven analysis.
• Experience in growth-stage companies, startups, agencies, or lean marketing environments.
• Ability to work independently and proactively address challenges.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimization techniques.
• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable utilizing AI-driven marketing and productivity tools.
• Experience working with multiple brands or clients is highly preferred.
• Flexible remote fractional position (approximately 10–20 hours per week).
