Part-Time Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Travel to rural locations to install and service devices on agricultural sites

• Sanitize tires and boots upon arrival at sites

• Ascend feed bins ranging from 10 to 40 feet to install sensors

• Diagnose basic issues on field devices when necessary

• Comply with biosecurity protocols for farm locations

• Keep accurate records of mileage and time sheets

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Certification for working at heights

• Clean driving record with the capability to drive 8 to 10 hours each day

• Dependable smartphone with fundamental knowledge of usage and taking basic measurements

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction

• Positive demeanor and a service-oriented mindset

• Strong work ethic, high personal standards, and respect for others

• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Physically capable of climbing and lifting over 50 lbs.

• Experience working at heights

• Familiarity with power tools

• Background in working with electronics
