Part Time Faculty – Artificial Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Instruct part-time doctoral courses focused on Artificial Intelligence as part of Anderson University's Ed.D. program in Leadership and Artificial Intelligence.

• Deliver classes on the fundamentals of AI, machine learning, generative AI, AI ethics, cybersecurity and AI risk management, digital transformation, AI innovation, applied doctoral research, and capstone projects.

• Relate current advancements in AI to leadership and organizational practices.

• Utilize case studies, practical projects, simulations, and real-world organizational challenges.

• Mentor doctoral candidates in their applied research endeavors.

• Guide students in translating their research into practical organizational solutions.

• Engage, when appropriate, in the Responsible AI Leadership Capstone.

• Assist students with research design, organizational analysis, implementation strategies, evaluation, and the professional presentation of their doctoral-level work.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed terminal degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., D.Sc., D.B.A., D.Eng., D.C.S., or another suitable doctorate) from a recognized accredited institution.

• Graduate-level education, scholarship, research, and/or significant professional experience relevant to the courses being taught.

• Proven knowledge of contemporary artificial intelligence and its applications within organizational settings.

• Capability to teach and mentor doctoral students in a challenging academic and professionally relevant context.

• Proficiency in teaching effectively across online, hybrid, and intensive-residency formats.

• A dedication to supporting the mission and values of Anderson University.

• Substantial academic and/or professional expertise pertinent to the doctoral course or courses being taught.

• Preference may be provided for candidates with professional experience in AI implementation or leadership, expertise in generative AI/LLM/machine learning, enterprise AI implementation, AI governance and ethics, doctoral-level instruction, dissertation or capstone supervision, and ongoing engagement with the AI sector.
