This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver instruction utilizing a pre-established curriculum

• Assess learner evaluations within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays

• Be accessible via phone, email, and the courseroom to provide prompt feedback

• Utilize the online learning platform to enhance the educational experience

• Set high expectations and clarify evaluation criteria to students

• Comply with University policies and procedures

• Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and mandatory training sessions

• Engage in additional activities as dictated by University needs

• Accept assignments on an ongoing rolling-enrollment basis based on expertise and institutional requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Art or a related field, such as Art History or Graphic Design, or 18 graduate credit hours in a related area

• All degrees must be awarded and from a regionally accredited institution

• Attach copies of necessary certificates and licenses, along with unofficial transcripts for all graduate degrees

• At least two years of professional experience in the discipline required for undergraduate-level teaching

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in the discipline required for graduate-level teaching

• Research, scholarly work, or notable achievements in the discipline are necessary for graduate-level instruction

• Doctoral-level experience in conducting and supervising research in the discipline is required

• A preference for candidates with three years of teaching experience

• Proven knowledge of academic evaluation methods

• Competence in oral presentation, as well as planning and organizing course objectives

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities

• Demonstrated proficiency in academic technology

• Strong computer literacy

• Capability to handle potentially stressful situations in a professional and ethical manner

• Ability to work remotely with a computer, privacy, reliable internet access, phone, and video conferencing tools

• Must have authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered

• Occasional travel within the United States may be required

• Must be able to meet critical-thinking and problem-solving demands and communicate effectively with colleagues
