This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Conduct initial assessments, provide support, and resolve issues effectively.
• Respond to inbound inquiries related to product orders, parts orders, and repair requests in a dynamic environment.
• Uphold customer satisfaction ratings according to specific criteria established by the company.
• Manage dispute escalations in alignment with current policies and procedures.
• Address customer service or billing issues by executing actions such as merchandise exchanges, processing refunds, and adjusting invoices.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
• Participate in mandatory monthly training and departmental meetings before or after scheduled shifts to remain informed on product updates or policy changes.
• Availability for mandatory overtime during peak seasons or as needed.
• High level of professionalism is essential.
• A proven history of remote work experience in a fast-paced setting is advantageous.
• At least 3 years of service-related experience in a call center environment is required.
• Experience with Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) systems, including app pairing and basic troubleshooting, is a plus.
• Ability to learn new systems and multitask while navigating multiple windows to gather and update necessary information while assisting customers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote is required.
• Experience with chat support is an added benefit.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous.
