Part-Time Clinical Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Directly engage with members to foster trust and create personalized care plans.

• Offer real-time chat support with licensed pharmacists.

• Conduct customized health polls based on specific conditions.

• Monitor symptoms and side effects in real-time.

• Collaborate with Walrus team members across various functions on clinical and strategic projects.

• Participate in client and prospect calls as necessary.

• Provide clinical support outside of regular business hours when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or a comparable advanced degree.

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in Illinois and at least one other U.S. state.

• Must live in and be authorized to work in a U.S. state.

• Completion of an accredited residency program (PGY-1 or PGY-2).

• Over 2 years of experience working directly with patients and healthcare providers.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.

• Proficient with computers, including familiarity with databases and reporting tools.

• Extensive knowledge of drug administration and disease state management.

• Proven ability to provide high-quality, direct patient care.

• Comfortable working remotely and open to travel as necessary.

• Multi-state pharmacist licensure (Preferred).

• Experience in digital health with virtual care platforms (Preferred).

• Board Certification in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy (BCACP) or equivalent certification (Preferred).
