Part-Time Accounting Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in 2–4 client calls each week

• Assist in managing a team of global accountants

• Initiate and oversee the financial and accounting software utilized by the firm

• Utilize QuickBooks Online

• Act as the point of contact between US-based clients and the international team

• Fulfill essential accounting roles for Accordus clients, covering both for-profit and non-profit accounting services

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in finance, including accounting or bookkeeping

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in accounting or a related discipline

• Previous experience with QuickBooks Online is necessary

• Experience in non-profit accounting is preferred

• Availability during daytime hours for client accounting calls

• Must be based in the US

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent time management abilities

• Capability to work independently
