This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for US clients on a daily basis.
β’ Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with client teams.
β’ Analyze client data and platform usage to discover trends and opportunities for improvement, providing structured feedback to product and leadership teams.
β’ Guide clients on optimizing their ROI from Messly.
β’ Assist in prioritizing product enhancements based on the needs of US clients.
β’ Manage or remove underperforming users from the platform as necessary.
β’ Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
β’ Aid the sales process by creating tailored proposals and client-specific materials, as well as supporting product demonstrations when needed.
β’ Spot upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Messly leadership team on the execution of US go-to-market strategies.
β’ Provide support to doctors utilizing the platform as required.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in recruitment or healthcare staffing.
β’ Proven experience in managing client relationships and achieving customer success outcomes.
β’ Excellent presentation and training abilities.
β’ Proficient in analyzing data and converting insights into actionable client recommendations.
β’ Experience in supporting commercial or sales processes.
β’ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Highly organized and self-motivated.
β’ Comfortable working remotely in a dynamic environment.
β’ Commercially oriented and proactive.
β’ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
β’ Willingness to travel when necessary.
