This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across Europe using cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads, arrange appointments, and transfer high-quality opportunities to the sales team.
• Conduct research and analyze target industries and companies to create customized outreach strategies.
• Develop strong relationships with prospects through a consultative and confident approach.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline progress within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance messaging and improve lead generation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in appointment setting and outbound sales development, particularly within the GCC market.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; confident in engaging with senior-level executives.
• Strong objection-handling capabilities and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.
• Base pay of $250 plus $150 commission.
