Park Setup Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develop the layout and placement of kitchen equipment.

• Establish service halls, storage zones, and spaces for party operations.

• Construct and assemble cubbies, benches, tables, chairs, and cabinets.

• Install and mount TVs throughout the park.

• Set up health-inspection and wayfinding signage.

• Collaborate with the Superintendent on the installation of animal and plant decorations.

• Organize the treasure room and park cleaning supplies.

• Receive, verify, and organize supplier shipments.

• Report any missing, damaged, or delayed shipments to Rocco Minella.

• Arrange surplus construction materials in maintenance storage areas.

• Assist the Superintendent with quality wrap-ups and final inspections.

• Identify items that are incomplete or not up to standard for punch-list tracking.

• Complete punch-list items related to setup scope as requested.

• Coordinate with the Superintendent to ensure readiness for health inspections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in general construction.

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.

• Comfortable working at heights using ladders and lifts.

• Willingness to travel frequently without a home park base, in deployment cycles of 2–4 weeks.

• Able to work in new environments and under tight deadlines.

• Willingness to put in extra hours as required to meet the park opening deadline.

• Proactive communicator who highlights incomplete or non-standard items promptly.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient with email, digital documentation, and basic reporting tools.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and the Outlook environment.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

• Previous experience as a park team member at Lava Island is preferred.
