Parcel Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Client & Carrier Onboarding and oversee the complete Parcel configuration lifecycle for new client implementations.

• Convert sales, client, and operational requirements into precise and accurate system setups.

• Set up and manage carrier contracts, custom billing configurations, and rate logic throughout Stord’s parcel systems.

• Develop and uphold scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for configuration workflows, migrations, and rate adjustments.

• Assist Parcel Experience Specialists with system modifications, configuration updates, and issue investigations.

• Oversee multi-phase configuration initiatives (including mergers and acquisitions migrations) from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in configuring and maintaining a TMS/WMS or a comparable logistics system.

• Solid understanding of how front-end requests convert into back-end logic (rates, rules, accounts, carriers).

• Knowledge of APIs, JSON, and other communication protocols and formats used in systems.

• Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, advanced lookups, data validation, and complex tables).

• Experience in managing large datasets with a strong emphasis on accuracy.

• Basic SQL or database query skills for troubleshooting and validation (preferred).

• Familiarity with carrier API integrations (FedEx, USPS, UPS) and the connection of accounts, credentials, and rate structures within a system.

• Demonstrated ability to convert chaotic, tribal-knowledge workflows into clear, scalable SOPs.

• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to identify the root cause of system or data issues.

• Understanding of parcel carrier structures (service levels, billing logic, GRIs, surcharges, DIM weight).
