This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Reviewing and preparing deeds, assignments, and various funding documents.
• Collaborating with county recorders to ensure accurate filing of deeds and supporting documents, as well as verifying fees.
• Overseeing workflows and processes related to funding and associated tasks.
• Aiding in the formation of entities, including the preparation of formation documents and necessary filings.
• Compiling summaries of current estate plans.
• Assisting in the development of estate planning documents such as trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, and inputting data into legal document software.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• A Paralegal Certificate is mandatory.
• Proficient knowledge of WealthDocs is essential.
• Strong focus on proactive follow-up and thorough follow-through.
• Exceptional skills in organization, time management, proofreading, and word processing.
• Adaptable and capable of maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
• Possess a “can do” positive mindset while effectively collaborating within a large team.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
