This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with our legal and capital markets divisions.
• Manage the closing and administration of intricate financing transactions, including warehouses and ABS deals.
• Work in coordination with both external and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Prepare basic legal documents such as amendments and entity formation paperwork.
• Assist with ongoing transaction compliance, which includes tracking covenants and filing UCC financing statements as well as managing renewals.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with at least 2 years specializing in banking, capital markets, or structured finance.
• In-depth knowledge of entity formation and maintenance.
• Proficient in Word, Adobe, DocuSign, and iManage or another document management system.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
