Paralegal – Business Immigration Law, PERM/IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the PERM, I-140, and AOS processes, including the drafting of job descriptions and employment verification letters, submitting forms and requests to the Department of Labor, and collaborating with third-party providers throughout the recruitment journey.

• Preparing and organizing necessary forms and documentation as instructed by the Team Manager.

• Engaging with clients about visa instructions, approval notifications, and welcome packages, in conjunction with attorneys and senior team members.

• Supporting legal and administrative teams in the collection and organization of documents for new procedures.

• Managing and categorizing governmental correspondence, including receipt notices, approval notifications, and requests for evidence.

• Accurately and consistently entering data into internal data management systems.

• Contributing to additional projects as assigned by the Team Manager or attorney.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic performance (STEM majors preferred).

• 3-5 years of experience in PERM processes is required.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong analytical, critical, and quantitative reasoning abilities.

• Excellent skills in time management and organization.

• Proven capability to use office software with accuracy and efficiency.

• Openness to adapt to and embrace advancements in office technology.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
