This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to provide exceptional client advocacy.
• Assist clients in crafting statements for their case.
• Offer guidance on evidence collection.
• Draft sections of legal briefs.
• Conduct research on country conditions.
• Partner with attorneys to structure and prepare the case.
• Act as a primary contact for clients, aiding attorneys in maintaining client engagement throughout the process.
• Manage cases proactively to ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Compile and submit filings to immigration authorities.
• Carry out administrative duties.
• Dedicated to the firm's mission of assisting immigrants in securing their future in the United States through asylum.
• Proficient in Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented and capable of performing at a high level with minimal oversight.
• Able to thrive under pressure.
• Skilled in task management and meeting deadlines.
